Identity and Purpose

Jan 19, 2024 | Identity

Have you ever wondered if there is meaning to our current life? This question has echoed in my mind for years. After enduring hurt, loss, and a profound identity crisis, I realized I had to seek the answer. In today’s fast-paced society, we often rush through life without considering its deeper meaning. It’s as if we’re all racing towards an invisible finish line. Through this race, life happens, and we’re often stuck in fight-or-flight mode, leaving us ill-equipped to handle crises or overwhelm. We push ourselves to the brink of burnout, questioning our purpose and identity. Many of us experience shame or regret for not being where we thought we’d be by now. I understand this all too well because I’ve been there. But I believe we can change this narrative.

As women of God, we have the power to write a new story for our lives—one filled with truth and abundance. I want to invite you into this transformative journey. Are you ready?

Identity is often defined as the character, qualities, and/or beliefs that distinguish a person. While this definition is accurate, it can feel vague. What happens when we carry the same qualities but feel our identity is tarnished by our past? I’m here to tell you that these thoughts are only lies from the enemy. The truth is, you are a child of God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and a daughter to the most high King! He cherishes you and desires a life of freedom and real joy. Remember who God says you are and let’s embrace this truth together! It’s time to start living a more meaningful and purpose-driven life. My hope for you today is that you will experience the abundance that has already been purchased for us on the cross.

In love and health,
